No. Tier 1 builds the entire CRM from scratch. We assess what you currently have — even if that is just a spreadsheet or your inbox — and build a system that works for your sales process, not against it.
Most clients see the first qualified meetings in weeks 3–4. The full system is operational by the end of week 6. Tier 2 typically produces 500+ leads in the first month it goes live.
We present your Impact Report — a Before vs. After breakdown of exactly what has changed. We then offer the Tier 2 retainer. There is no obligation — you own the system either way and can run it independently using your Handover Playbook.
Both. We build everything, train your team, and provide a full Handover Playbook including a Login Vault, Loom tutorial videos, and an In Case of Emergency guide. Tier 2 and Tier 3 are there if you want us to keep running and scaling it.
